HYDERABAD: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths conducted simultaneous searches at over 20 places linked to Malkajgiri ACP Y Narasimha Reddy in the two Telugu speaking states on Wednesday.
They were able to unearth over Rs 50 crore worth alleged disproportionate assets belonging to the ACP.
Apart from Reddy’s house in Mahendra Hills, Secunderabad, ACB teams also conducted searches at his relatives and benami houses in Warangal, Karimnagar and Anantapur.
“So far we have found disproportionate assets worth over Rs 50 crore. Searches are still going on,” said an ACB official.
The accused official of 1991 batch had earlier worked as Inspector of Uppal.
