Jagan Govt Issues Two Defamation Notices To Eenadu and Andhra Jyothi Publications

Amarvati, Jun 20 : Andhra Pradesh Government on Saturday Issued Two Separte Defamation Notices to Print Media Organisations Ushodaya Publications (Eendadu) and Amoda Publications (Andhra Jyothi).

Prinicipal Secreatary for Civil Supplies Department Kona Sasidhar Issued Notices to Both the Publications for Publishing Fake News on CM Jagan regarding Photo of Chief Minister Printed on Ration Bags.

Prinicipal Secretary for Mining Department Gopala Krishna Dwivedi Issued Another Notices to Both Media houses For Publishing Fake and Defamatory News Regarding Reastoration of Lease to Jagan’s Firm Saraswati Power.

In Both the Cases Govt Departments had issued Two Separate Rejoinders For Publishing. But Both the Media houses had took the matter non-serious as govt opined.

Hence, Govt has issued Two Separate Defamatory Notices to Both The Media Houses and Seek their Reply with in 15 days. If reply was not satisfied, Govt will have to file a defamatory suit and lodge Criminal Cases Against Them.
